English   The house is situated a few kilometres from the seaside and from the historical centre. Its good geographic position allows you to immerse in the wonderful green of the hills around Lucca and to taste the flavours of the Tuscan traditions. In the same time it allows you to enjoy a culture holiday inside the Walls of Lucca. The short distance among Lucca, Pisa and Florence allows the tourist to satisfy his historical and artistic interests. A further possibility of excursions comes from the nearness of Alpi Apuane and of the beaches and coasts in Versilia. The house enjoys a perfect sunny position. It is disposed on two floors. It has three bedrooms (six beds), two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room. Moreover it has a wide garden all around, where you can find relief during the hot summers.   Deutsche Das Haus befindet sich wenigen Kilometern weit vom Meer und vom historischen Stadtzentrum. Seine gute geographische Lage läßt man sich im wunderschönen Grünen der Hügeln von Lucca eintauchen und die Düfte der toskanischen Überlieferungen genießen. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht es, einen Kultururlaub innerhalb der Mauer von Lucca zu tun. Die kurze Entfernung unter Lucca, Pisa und Florenz läßt den Tourist seine historischen und künstlerischen Interessen befriedigen. Andere Ausflugsmöglichkeiten findet man dank der Nähe der Alpi Apuane und der Strände und Küste der Versilia. Das Haus genießt eine ausgezeichnete sonnige Lage. Es besteht aus zwei Stöcken. Es hat drei Schlafzimmer (sechs Betten), zwei Bäder, eine Küche und ein Eßzimmer. Außerdem hat es einen weiten Garten herum, wo man in den heißen Sommern Erfrischung findet.
